Junior Marketing Executive

We're looking for a creative, organised and ambitious Junior Marketing Executive to join our growing team and play a key role in the next stage of our growth. Working closely with the Founders and Head of Marketing, you'll help deliver campaigns that build brand awareness, generate leads and drive growth across both brands.

About Us

Pow Food is the UK's leading nutrition-led catering company, redefining workplace food through healthier, more sustainable catering and events for some of London's most exciting businesses. Alongside Pow Food, you'll also work on NUUDA, our fast growing consumer meal delivery brand, making nutrition-led meals more accessible to households across the UK.

Around 75% of your role will focus on NUUDA, gaining experience in D2C marketing across paid advertising, email marketing, CRM, content creation, social media, influencer partnerships and e-commerce. The remaining 25% will support Pow Food, where you'll gain valuable B2B marketing experience across PR, events, partnerships, lead generation and thought leadership, marketing directly to HR teams, workplace managers, facilities teams and business decision-makers.

This is a varied, fast-paced role offering a rare opportunity to develop experience across both consumer and corporate marketing. Rather than specialising in just one area, you'll gain exposure to the full marketing mix, from campaign planning and content creation to reporting, optimisation and events. From day one, you'll contribute to real campaigns, take ownership of projects and see the impact of your work as both brands continue to grow.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
