Junior Marketing Manager
Bespoke, Newcastle upon Tyne · Full-Time | On-Site | Entry-Level
Ready to build your management experience from day one?
We’re looking for an ambitious individual to join Bespoke as a Junior Marketing Manager. This role is well-suited to graduates looking to turn their degree into hands-on commercial experience. No prior management experience is required — you’ll start by learning the fundamentals of customer engagement and campaign delivery, then progress into leadership responsibilities through our structured, hands-on training.
No previous professional marketing or management experience is required. We’re interested in people who are enthusiastic, reliable, and ready to learn.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Represent clients through offline, face-to-face marketing and sales campaigns.
- Speak directly with customers to introduce and promote products or services.
- Support customer acquisition and sales activities across different campaigns.
- Build professional relationships with customers and provide a positive experience.
- Take on leadership tasks as you progress — supporting morning meetings, coaching new starters.
- Learn how to motivate, develop, and manage a team. Learn how successful marketing and sales campaigns are planned and delivered.

- Comfortable working in a target-focused, team environment.
A degree or equivalent qualification is welcomed, and previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, events, or promotions can be useful but is not essential. This role is especially well-suited to recent graduates looking for their first step into a marketing or management career.
