Role Overview
Headway is looking for a Junior Marketing Manager to join our team in Birmingham. This entry-level role is ideal for someone enthusiastic about connecting with people, marketing, and creating memorable brand experiences. You'll work closely with our team to implement and enhance targeted campaigns that promote customer engagement, build brand loyalty, and support our sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Event & Campaign Support: Execute in-person face to face marketing campaigns and events that drive brand awareness and connect directly with customers.
- Customer Engagement: Represent our brand by engaging with customers in a friendly, personalised way, aiming to build genuine, positive relationships.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team leads to adapt campaign strategies based on customer needs and feedback, contributing to continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly in conversation.
- Experience in sales is a plus, but not required.
- Basic understanding of customer engagement principles and a general interest in marketing.
- Strong organizational skills and time management.
- Team-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude.
