We operate in fund launch locations across Germany, Luxembourg and Ireland. From our offices in Frankfurt, Krakow, Luxembourg, Dublin, Paris, Stockholm and Singapore, we continue to expand internationally.
In this role, you will act as a broad-based international marketing generalist, working flexibly across the full spectrum of marketing and external communications activities for the Universal Investment Group.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
Marketing & Campaign Execution
- End-to-end marketing of Universal Investment’s product and service offering to international Asset Managers, Asset Owners and Intermediaries.
- Coordination, execution, and performance measurement of a wide range of marketing and communications activities, including: events, advertorials, articles, LinkedIn posts, website content, newsletters/mailings, PR-related activities, and other multichannel initiatives.
- Development, rollout, and monitoring of international marketing campaigns, including KPI definition, tracking, reporting, and optimization.
- Budget planning and management, as well as steering and controlling external agencies and suppliers.

Coordination Across the UI Group
- Alignment and coordination of joint marketing activities across the various legal entities of the UI Group.
- Management of international Fund Partner Marketing initiatives.
- Close collaboration with internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Product, Communications, Management) to ensure consistent messaging and well-coordinated activities.
Project & Department Support
- Support the Department Head in strategic and operational projects.
- Contribute to the continuous development of processes, structures, and marketing tools.
Governance, Quality, and Compliance
- Ensure high quality standards and compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, internal policies, and processes (e.g., KPIs, SFOs, legal, compliance, tax, BCP, DSGVO, competition law, copyright, tele media law, press law).
- Actively support internal controls such as audits and RCSA requirements.

Your skills and experience:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or comparable education.
- 3+ years of professional experience in marketing within an asset manager, ManCo, custodian, or fund and corporate service provider.
- Ideally, familiarity with the product landscape of an internationally active fund service provider.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and drive initiatives from concept to execution (“self-starter and finisher”).
- International experience, especially in relevant fund launch or fund distribution markets, is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging messaging.
- Creative, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset; strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills in English; other European languages, especially German, are a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively.
- Strong stakeholder management skills: assertiveness, empathy, teamwork, and enthusiasm.
- Confident use of MS Office, social media, and common marketing tools; strong design affinity is a plus.
