We're excited to have partnered with this Top 20 UK Advisory Firm, as they hire for a Junior Marketing Manager to their thriving team. The successful candidate will shape and deliver multi-channel marketing strategies for a number of sector groups, to enhance brand visibility and engage target audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns for specific teams, service lines, and sectors, aligned with business objectives.
  • Build a strong understanding of client needs, market positioning, and firm priorities to optimise marketing activity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft messaging and content for digital channels, events, and marketing collateral.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring projects are well-planned and executed on time and within budget.
  • Translate complex technical information into clear, engaging content suitable for online, email, and print media.
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders to understand their objectives and advise on appropriate marketing approaches.
  • Coordinate with colleagues across PR, digital, internal communications, and business development for seamless campaign delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance through analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and inform strategic marketing activities.
  • Support and share knowledge with junior team members to maintain high-quality outputs and best practice standards.

Experience Required

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing within a professional services environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, compelling content for various channels.
  • Excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
  • Proficient in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics to evaluate campaign success.
  • Effective relationship-builder with the confidence to work closely with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into audience-friendly messaging.
  • Awareness of budget management and marketing spend tracking.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite tools and digital advertising platforms is desirable.
  • Familiarity with website content management systems, email marketing, social media platforms, and reporting tools.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative environment, contributing proactively to team goals.
