Role Summary
You'll support the UK Marketing team's daily work, coordinating campaigns end to end, writing briefs and copy, and managing partners and stakeholders, alongside our "Loud Investing" initiative (closing the gender investment gap), BAU marketing, product launches and seasonal campaigns.
Beyond organisation and attention to detail, this is a generalist role: we don't expect you to arrive with every skill below already sharp. What we do need is a genuine self-starter, we don't micromanage, so you'll get context and direction, then we expect you to run with it, adapt as priorities shift, and flag issues before they become problems.
Leveraging and utilising A.I tools in the day-to-day is paramount for this role. The marketing team use it daily for drafting, ideation, research, editing, and workflows. We expect this person to be enthusiastic about using A.I tools from day one, and finding ways to optimise their work with it, whilst maintaining critical judgement.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Coordination / Project Management: Support end-to-end delivery of UK campaigns, from product launches to tactical promotions, keeping the roadmap and timelines on track.
- Copywriting and Briefs: Draft copy for emails, landing pages and notifications, and write clear creative briefs for designers and videographers.
- Loud Investing & Sponsorships: Support activations including women's sports partnerships and podcast production.
- Partner and Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to keep projects moving and assets approved.
- Social Support: Support the Social Media Manager with content and posting, not just flagging trends, but helping make things happen.
- Events and Activations: Work across live events and sports activations when they directly support the campaigns you work on.
- Admin: Process invoices and payment admin for campaigns, suppliers and partners.
Requirements
We don't expect you to have an exhaustive list of experience, and that's fine. Here's what would help, roughly in order of how useful it'd be in this role:
- Design: You know good design and video when you see it and can put into words what needs to change - briefing designers and videographers. Extra points if you can create an asset yourself in Canva or Figma.
- Copywriting: You can write and edit copy. Using AI to help draft, ideate and speed up your work is genuinely encouraged, but you need the underlying skill to judge what it produces and fix what's wrong with it.
- CRM / Email Marketing: Any exposure to platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus. You won't be expected to run these systems, but familiarity helps.

- Language: Native or fluent English is essential. Additional language is a bonus.
Our Hiring Philosophy:
At etoro, AI is changing how we build, work and make decisions, and our hiring approach reflects that. We are building an AI-first organisation where people are encouraged to use AI thoughtfully.
That starts with how we hire. Throughout our recruitment process, we may use AI-enabled tools, including interview notetakers and other technologies that help us capture information accurately, improve consistency and create a better experience for candidates and interviewers. These tools support our feedback and assessment outcomes. Hiring decisions remain grounded in running fair and consistent interview processes, human judgement, critical thinking, and thorough evaluation of experience, ability and motivation that are aligned to our business and role requirements.
We also want candidates to be comfortable working with AI. Depending on the role, we may explore how you use AI tools in your day-to-day work, how you think about their opportunities and limitations, and how you would contribute to etoro’s continued AI build-out.
For us, being AI-first is not about replacing human judgement. It is about combining human expertise, creativity and accountability with technology that helps us do our best work and accelerate our growth. In the end, that's what we're hiring for: human insight, supercharged by AI.
