Junior Marketing & Social Media Executive

Independence Mobility & Medical Hire — Leeds

Full-time | Entry-level / Junior | £20,000 – £24,000 DOE

Perfect for a recent graduate or school leaver looking to start a career in marketing.

About Us

At Independence Mobility and Medical Hire, our mission is simple: to improve people's lives through specialist mobility and healthcare equipment.

Independence Mobility focuses on equipment sales and clinical support, helping individuals and healthcare professionals find the right long-term mobility solutions through sales and hire. Alongside this, our Medical Hire arm supplies medical props to the TV and film industry, often at short notice, supporting productions across the UK.

We work with private clients, healthcare professionals, local authorities, charities, and production companies. No two days look the same. Our work is hands-on, fast-moving, and makes a genuine, tangible difference to the people we support, whether that's helping someone regain independence at home or getting a production the equipment it needs overnight.

We're growing, and we're building out our sales and marketing operations to match. That's where you come in.

The Role

We're looking for a creative, organised, and social-media-savvy individual to join our team and take ownership of our day-to-day marketing and social media activity. You'll report to our Senior Marketing Executive, with close support from our Sales Director, and you'll have real scope to shape how we tell our story online.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
