The Role
Looking to kickstart your career without needing years of experience first? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Junior Marketing Trainee to join our Newcastle team — a role built for people who want to learn on the job and grow fast, not sit around waiting for their big break. No experience necessary. You’ll start by learning the fundamentals of customer engagement and campaign delivery, with genuine progression into our Management Development Programme for those who want to go further. No dead-end junior roles here — just a real foot in the door with a clear path forward.

What You’ll Do
- Learn the fundamentals of customer engagement and campaign delivery

- Take part in morning meetings and ongoing training sessions
