Junior MarTech Technical Analyst

Salary: £35,000–£40,000 + bonus
Location: London – Hybrid, 2–3 days per week in the office
Employment: Permanent

The Opportunity

We’re working with an established digital and technology consultancy looking to hire a Junior MarTech Technical Analyst into its growing Marketing Technology team.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their MarTech or Digital Analytics career who wants to build deeper technical expertise while working with major brands across sectors including retail, financial services, gaming, publishing, utilities, leisure and consumer goods.
You’ll work across digital analytics, tag management, implementation and testing, gaining exposure to platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch and Tealium.

The role combines hands-on technical work with client exposure, making it particularly suitable for someone looking to develop towards a career in MarTech consulting, digital analytics or technical implementation.

What You'll Be Doing

Analytics & MarTech Implementation

  • Support the implementation of digital analytics and MarTech solutions.
  • Work hands-on with JavaScript and/or HTML.
  • Work with digital analytics platforms such as GA4, Adobe Analytics or Amplitude.
  • Support implementations using Tag Management Systems such as Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch or Tealium iQ.
  • Create and maintain technical specifications and implementation documentation.
  • Translate business and client requirements into practical technical solutions.
  • Understand both the detailed implementation requirements and the wider objectives of each project.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
