The Role

Reporting directly to one of the Directors who brings excess of 20 years of experience and knowledge, this dual-purpose role offers a unique blend of client-facing and hands-on engineering responsibilities:

  • Client Design: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide design support, and occasionally visit sites to ensure product success.
  • Manufacturing Innovation: Design jigs and fixtures to improve manufacturing processes, focusing on how products are designed and produced efficiently. Use SolidWorks to create geometric tolerancing and precise engineering drawings.

The Person

  • 1+ years of experience as a Design Engineer (including internships or placements)
  • Ideally experience in designing precision engineered products such as valves, pumps, seals, medical devices, etc
  • Essential: Experience and Proficiency in SolidWorks
  • Willingness to learn, collaborate, and innovate within a supportive team environment
