Junior Media Executive

Are you a recent graduate or looking to take your first step into marketing? We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Media Executive for an entry-level position within the Pertemps Media & Insights team on a 4-month fixed-term contract (with potential to become permanent based on business needs and performance).

Role Overview

Reporting to the Head of Digital and working closely with the wider Marketing team, you will provide vital administrative, operational, and reporting support across recruitment advertising campaigns for the Pertemps Network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Job Board & Advert Management: Writing and publishing job adverts, setting up recruitment campaigns, and maintaining accuracy across multiple job boards.
  • Account & Credit Administration: Managing job board credits, processing purchasing requests, and keeping accurate records of media account usage across the Pertemps Network.
  • User Support: Serving as the first point of contact for internal consultants, providing guidance and resolving daily advertising/posting queries via phone and email.
  • Reporting & Data Entry: Compiling, formatting, and distributing regular market intelligence and performance reports using tools like Horsefly Analytics, LinkedIn Talent Insights, Lightcast, and more.
  • General Marketing Admin: Providing operational and administrative support for broader digital marketing projects and campaign rollouts.

  • Strong Administrative Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a methodical approach to handling routine data and tasks.
  • Communication & Customer Service: Clear verbal and written communication skills for assisting consultants and liaising with external suppliers.
  • Comfortable working with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and learning new software, analytics platforms, or multi-posting portals.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Comfortable investigating minor technical glitches and seeing queries through to resolution.
