HeadBox is on the lookout for a Business Development Manager to join our growing UK Sales team and help us drive growth across the UK market.

The Role
Reporting into the Head of Meetings & Events you will be responsible for selling events into business SAAS customers to the value of a monthly quota. The role will involve responding to event briefs, creating proposals and confirming bookings in order to ensure that brilliant events happen everywhere.
Responsibilities
- Event Proposals: creating bespoke event proposals based on the needs of our HeadBox Business customers and delivering these in a timely fashion
- Sales Delivery: you will be responsible for delivering monthly sales targets
- Excellent Customer Service: we put customers at the center of everything we do, including delivering brilliant customer service at every touch point.
Requirements
- Industry experience: knowledge and understanding of the events industry is necessary, we are very open to what this could be, both personal or professional or perhaps during your studies.
- Commercial acumen: we are looking for someone who is commercially minded who can have financial conversations confidently
- Willingness to learn: there is a lot to learn about the industry and about our technology so a desire to learn is essential for the role
- Attention to detail: you’ll be dealing with multiple events at any one time which means the devil is in the detail!
- Be great to work with: we’re looking for someone who embodies the HeadBox values of brilliance, integrity, empathy, and curiosity
