About the Role
Our client is a streetwear fashion brand who are redefining the scene through bold design and statement pieces. They’re now looking for a Merchandiser to join the growing Buying & Merchandising team.
Reporting to the Head of Buying & Merchandising, this is a commercially focused and analytical role requiring strong experience across merchandising, planning, forecasting and trading. The successful candidate will be confident interpreting data and translating insights into clear commercial actions, with a strong understanding of WSSI, stock and intake management to maximise category performance. They will be proactive and forward-thinking, able to spot emerging trends, risks and opportunities and use these insights to influence buying, product drops and wider trading decisions. Strong communication and collaboration skills are also essential, with the ability to work effectively across teams, influence key stakeholders and support the development of more junior members of the team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
