Job Description

We are seeking Junior-Mid level Brokers to join our expanding Emerging Markets team in London, Prague and Dubai. As part of our growth strategy, we are looking to strengthen our coverage across CEE3 FX and for Poland Rates.

The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of financial markets with experience as a Broker in CEE3 FX and/or Rates area. This role offers a unique opportunity for a high-calibre professional to join a dynamic, performance-driven brokerage firm with global reach and entrepreneurial flexibility.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work side by side with senior FX & Rates inter-dealer brokers
  • Learn financial methodology that will help you excel your broking career
  • Assist with trade administration tasks
  • Assist in managing pricing screens
  • Build and develop relationships with existing clients
  • Expand the network of clients
  • Further responsibilities may be driven by the individual’s performance and specific skills

Candidate Profile

  • Up to 5 years of experience in an Inter-Dealer Broker
  • Experience in Sales or Trading would also be considered as an alternative
  • Knowledge of Emerging Markets FX, Rates, and Fixed Income instruments.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Legal right to work in the United Kingdom or in the EU
  • Knowledge of additional foreign language is highly desirable; knowledge of Czech, Polish or Hungarian is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented, well organised with an ability to multitask
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office with focus on Excel
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
