Who We Are
Rise & Amplify is an independent creative and digital agency based in Altrincham, helping global brands and fearless challengers get noticed, remembered and chosen.
We combine sharp strategy, standout creative and consistently high-quality delivery to produce work that genuinely performs.
You'll join a friendly, collaborative studio where you'll have the opportunity to work across an exciting variety of brands, projects and formats while learning from experienced designers and artworkers around you.
The Opportunity
This is first and foremost an Artworker role and a brilliant opportunity to develop your career within a busy creative agency.
Working alongside our Studio Manager and Senior Designers, you'll help turn existing creative concepts and brand assets into polished, accurate artwork ready for print and digital delivery.
You'll resize, adapt and prepare creative across multiple formats, check files carefully and make sure everything that leaves the studio meets the standards our clients expect.
You won't be expected to arrive knowing everything.
What matters is that you already have good foundations, understand the importance of accurate artwork and genuinely want to develop your technical and creative production skills.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About You

- A good eye for layout, typography and visual consistency.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing accurate work.
