Engineering Project Manager
Location: Glasgow, UK
The Role
We are looking for an Engineering Project Manager with experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment to manage projects from development through to production. You’ll work across engineering, manufacturing, hardware, software and automation, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage engineering and new product development (NPD) projects.
- Coordinate engineering, manufacturing and technical teams.
- Own project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Manage projects from R&D and development through to testing and production.
- Work closely with engineers, suppliers, and technical stakeholders.
- Provide clear project updates to senior management.
- Identify and resolve delivery risks and issues.

About You
- 1–5 years’ experience in engineering, manufacturing, or technical project management.
- Experience working within a manufacturing or product development environment.
- Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and delivery.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Engineering or technical degree preferred.

Beneficial Experience
- New Product Development (NPD).
- Hardware, software, firmware, robotics, or automation.
- Taking products from development through to production.
- Supplier or manufacturing project management.
- Jira, Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
The Opportunity
A hands-on engineering PM role working across product development, manufacturing, and technology, with the opportunity to manage technically complex projects from concept through to production. At least 1 year of commercial experience is needed!
