Junior / Mid-Level - Engineering Project Manager

The opportunity

An exciting opportunity for a Junior to Mid-Level Engineering Project Manager to join a growing technology and engineering team.
You’ll help coordinate projects across software, hardware and manufacturing, working closely with technical teams and senior stakeholders to keep delivery organised, on track and moving forward. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex projects, managing priorities and making sure the right people are aligned.

What you’ll be doing

  • Coordinating engineering and technology projects from planning through to delivery
  • Creating and maintaining project plans, timelines and milestones
  • Tracking actions, dependencies, risks and issues
  • Working across hardware, software and manufacturing teams
  • Organising project meetings, reviews and progress updates
  • Communicating project status clearly to stakeholders
  • Helping teams manage priorities, resolve blockers and maintain momentum
  • Supporting continuous improvements to project delivery processes

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in project, programme or delivery management within an engineering, technology or product environment
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities
  • The confidence to work with technical teams and understand project dependencies
  • A proactive, structured and solutions-focused approach
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and take ownership of delivery
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira
  • Experience coordinating teams across different locations
