We partner closely with clients, from SMEs to internationally recognised brands, acting as an extension of their marketing teams to drive measurable organic growth and business results.

Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Designing digital assets for social media, paid advertising, email campaigns, websites, presentations and wider marketing activity
  • Creating static and animated content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Meta and Google Ads
  • Developing design concepts from brief through to final artwork
  • Working with existing brand guidelines and helping to develop visual identities where required
  • Producing motion graphics, animated posts and short-form video assets where needed
  • Supporting 3D design, visualisation or mock-up work where required
  • Preparing artwork for digital channels and print use
  • Managing your own workload across multiple clients, projects and deadlines
  • Working independently when required, while contributing effectively as part of the wider team
  • Responding to feedback and applying amends accurately
  • Keeping work organised, consistent and production-ready
  • Maintaining a high standard of work, including when deadlines are tight or priorities change

Essential Skills & Experience

You’ll need:

  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Confidence using After Effects and Premiere Pro, or a clear interest in developing these skills
  • A strong understanding of layout, typography, colour and composition
  • Experience designing for digital channels, especially social media and paid advertising
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to work to brand guidelines
  • The ability to interpret briefs and develop appropriate creative responses
  • Confidence working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • A portfolio showing strong design execution across relevant projects
  • For Middleweight applicants, previous experience in a creative, digital or marketing agency environment is essential

Desirable Skills & Experience

Experience in any of the following would be useful:

  • Motion graphics and animation
  • Short-form video editing
  • 3D design, modelling, rendering or visualisation
  • Experience with tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, Adobe Substance 3D or similar
  • Paid social and display advertising formats
  • Website or landing page design
  • Basic UX/UI principles
  • Retouching, photography or content creation
  • Previous experience in an agency, studio or in-house marketing team

Junior Designer Level

At Junior Designer level, we’d expect a strong foundation in design, strong Adobe skills and a willingness to learn. You’ll support the wider creative team while building confidence across digital, campaign and brand work.

Agency experience would be useful but is not essential for Junior applicants.

Middleweight Designer Level

At Middleweight Designer level, we’d expect you to have previous experience working in a creative, digital or marketing agency environment.

You should be confident managing briefs more independently, taking ownership of your workload and producing polished work with minimal supervision. You’ll need to understand the pace of agency life, including working across multiple clients, shifting priorities and tight deadlines.

You should be comfortable contributing ideas, developing concepts, working closely with account teams and taking projects from brief through to delivery.

About You

You’ll be organised, practical and visually driven. You’ll care about the quality of the work, understand the pace of agency life and be comfortable working across different brands, sectors and styles.

You’ll be able to work autonomously, manage your own time and keep projects moving, while also collaborating well with the wider team. The role can be high pressure at times, so you’ll need to stay calm, focused and adaptable when deadlines are tight or priorities change.

You’ll be able to take feedback well, apply amends accurately and maintain a good level of detail, even when working quickly.
