Florim is looking for a highly motivated, proactive, and organised Junior / Middleweight Specification Consultant to join our international team and support the growth of our presence across London and the wider UK region. This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional with a genuine passion for architecture, interior design, and premium materials. You will help promote Florim’s porcelain surfaces to architects, interior designers, developers and distributors, supporting project specification and business development activities across the UK market.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with architects and designers across the London area.
- Identify, track, and support project opportunities throughout the UK.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, developers and distributors.
- Deliver compelling brand, product, and technical presentations that communicate Florim’s commitment to excellence, innovation, and sustainability.
- Support the preparation of technical and commercial documentation for project proposals.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on events.
- Work independently to manage your accounts while remaining closely connected to a collaborative international team.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a specification sales or project sales role.
- Strong understanding of the project sales process within architecture, design, construction, or related industries.
- A persuasive and engaging presentation style, with the ability to deliver both product and technical presentations.
- A commercial mindset with a passion for solution-based selling.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and familiarity with CRM systems (training will be provided).
- Ideally 2–3 years of experience in a B2B commercial, sales, or promotional role.
- A genuine interest in architecture, interior design, ceramics, and the construction industry.
- Must be based in the London area.
