Junior MOT & Servicing Mechanic (£33k Basic | 4-Day Week | Friday OFF)
Pay & Benefits
Salary: £35,000
Hours: 4-Day Working Week | 38 hrs/wk | Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Friday OFF Every Week)

Role Overview
Seeking a Junior MOT & Servicing Mechanic with at least 6 months' hands-on garage experience to perform routine mechanical servicing and assist our lead MOT Testers with repair work in a modern workshop.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of practical garage experience handling basic repairs and servicing.
- Strong desire to train towards becoming a fully certified DVSA MOT Tester in the future.
- Solid work ethic and good team player attitude.
- Full UK driving licence.

Location & Commute
Base: Lindfield / Haywards Heath area
Road Links: Direct access via the A272 and A275, with fast links to the A23 northbound to Crawley/M23 and southbound to Brighton.
Public Transport: Excellent mainline rail connections via Haywards Heath station with local bus services connecting surrounding villages.
Commutable From: Burgess Hill, Crawley, Cuckfield, Hassocks, East Grinstead, and Lewes.
