Are you passionate about photography, videography, social media, and creating engaging digital content?
Poundstretcher is looking for a creative and ambitious Junior Multimedia Executive to help showcase our products, stores, and promotions across multiple digital channels.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the start of their career or a recent graduate who wants hands-on experience producing photography, video, and digital content for a national retail brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Product, lifestyle and corporate photography for e-commerce and marketing campaigns
- Filming and editing video content for multiple channels
- Creating engaging digital assets for web, email, and paid advertising
- Capturing in-store content and supporting major marketing campaigns
- Keeping up with social media and content trends
- Exploring opportunities within AI, video and photography

Person Specification
Essential
- Strong portfolio of both real world and conceptual work
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Passion for visual storytelling and digital content
- Confident using, setting up, and maintaining cameras, lighting, and sound equipment, alongside editing software
- Can perform photography and videography to an accomplished standard
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
- Can work both independently and as part of a team
Desirable
- Experience working in retail
- Degree in media, photography, marketing, or film studies
- Proven experience using a number of social media platforms and understands what makes content engaging
