THE ROLE

The Junior National Account Manager at REFY owns a defined set of UK and Ireland accounts: the retailer relationship, the sales out, the forecast, the presentations and the day to day performance of those accounts. You will also build the numbers behind the wider UK and Ireland portfolio.

You will be in front of buyers regularly. Presenting the range, selling the launch in, building the forecast and driving REFY’s growth. You will be commercially savvy and relationship driven.

You will forecast NPD and core at SKU level, aligning your accounts on both. You will know your sales by door inside out and will have a constant alignment with the Commercial Planning team on demand to ensure you can drive your account.

Around 80% of the role is selling out, supporting the JBP and forecasting. You will be measured on sales-out growth, forecast accuracy, availability and margin.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Out Delivery

  • Own the sales-out number for your accounts, by door, by SKU, by week.
  • Trade the accounts weekly; promotional activity, stock, GWP and trading.
  • Grow rate of sale per door, not just distribution.
  • Grow REFY’s ranking within the category in every account you own.
  • Build recovery plans where performance is behind budget and take them to the retailer.

Joint Business Planning

  • Own the JBP for your own accounts, with the Senior National Account Manager.
  • Build the data and the analysis behind the JBP across the wider UK and Ireland portfolio.
  • Own the post-promotion review: what it cost, what it returned, what we do next time.
  • Keep the JBP investment tracker current and call out where spend is not working.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
