Salary: Circa £40K + performance bonus

TH!NK DRINKS is an innovative drinks business transforming the way cocktails are created and served. Our technology-led solutions, including Super Pouch™ and the Creator System, help hospitality operators deliver consistent, high-quality cocktails more efficiently and profitably. We are an ambitious, fast-growing business and are looking for a Junior National Account Manager to help us develop our growing customer base across the UK.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious sales professional looking to develop their career in National Account Management. You will be responsible for developing relationships and growing sales across a portfolio of small regional groups, breweries, leisure venues and other strategic independent customers. Working closely with the Sales Director, you will identify new opportunities, develop existing accounts and help customers understand how TH!NK DRINKS can improve their cocktail offer, efficiency and profitability. This is a hands-on commercial role with a strong focus on new business, relationship development and account growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of regional and independent customers.
- Identify and win new business across regional groups, breweries and leisure venues.
- Build strong relationships with buyers, owners, operators and venue managers.
- Grow existing accounts through increased distribution, ranging and menu placements.
- Identify opportunities for TH!NK DRINKS products and the Creator System.
- Arrange and conduct customer meetings, presentations, tastings and product demonstrations.
- Develop account plans and maintain accurate customer records.
- Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline.
- Support the National Account Manager with larger strategic accounts and opportunities.
- Work closely with Marketing and Product Development on customer activations and new product opportunities.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and updates on customer activity.
- Develop strong knowledge of the hospitality and drinks market and share relevant customer insight with the wider team.
About You

- Experience in sales, account management or business development.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A confident and engaging personality.
- The ability to sell and present to customers.
- Good commercial awareness and an understanding of customer needs.
- Strong organisation and follow-up skills.
- An entrepreneurial approach and the determination to win new business.
- The ability to work independently while being part of a small, ambitious team.
- Experience within drinks, spirits, FMCG, hospitality, breweries, leisure or hospitality sales would be highly desirable.
- Most importantly, you will be hungry to learn, commercially curious and motivated by winning.
