Junior Network Support Analyst
Location: North Yorkshire – 2 days per week, 3 from home
Salary: £27,500 per annum
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Are you looking to build your career in networking and technical support? We’re looking for a Junior Network Support Analyst to join a friendly technical team and develop your skills across a range of networking and infrastructure technologies.

The Role
- Provide technical support
- Monitor and manage faults through to resolution
- Work closely with colleagues and customers to ensure issues are resolved efficiently
- Opportunity to expand your knowledge across areas including LAN/WAN networking, Cisco and Meraki, firewalls, SD-WAN, WLAN, VPNs and VoIP
About You
- A genuine interest in networking and IT
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- A willingness to learn and develop technically
- Any previous technical support or networking experience is beneficial
- CCNA or ITIL Foundation would be desirable, but are not essential
