About Fiskens
Fiskens is one of the world's leading classic car specialists. From our showroom in South Kensington, we offer some of the most special and historically significant cars, racing cars and motorcycles, as well as modern supercars, to collectors around the world. We are a small, close-knit team, and everyone plays an important part in how we look after our clients and our cars.
The role
You will provide administrative and practical support to the Fiskens team and help keep the office and showroom running smoothly. It's a varied role, and no two days will be quite the same.
What you'll be doing
- Managing and responding to email correspondence on behalf of the Founder and the Partner
- Helping to manage diaries and schedule appointments, meetings and client viewings
- Answering telephone calls, taking messages
- Welcoming clients and visitors to the showroom
- Arranging couriers, travel and transport
- Ordering office supplies and helping keep the office and showroom looking their best
- Supporting the team with events
- Taking on other administrative and office tasks as needed

About you
This is an entry-level role, ideal if you're starting your career in office administration. Previous office experience would be helpful but isn't essential. An interest in classic cars would be a bonus, but it's absolutely not a requirement.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Organised, reliable and good at managing their own time
- Motivated and resourceful, and happy to help with whatever needs doing
- Confident and friendly with people, whether in person or on the phone
- Professional in manner and appearance, as you'll be representing Fiskens to our clients
- Discreet, and trustworthy with confidential information
- Computer-literate, with good working knowledge of Word and Excel; any additional software is a plus

- Start asap but will consider candidates with up to a month notice
- Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm
