Pay £22,400 to £25,600 (£28,000 to £32,000 full-time equivalent), depending on experience

About Forge Partners Forge Partners is a specialist executive search firm in the City. We find investment talent for some of the world's leading alternative investment managers, across hedge funds, private credit, and real assets.
About the Role We are a small, busy team and we need a bright, organised junior administrator to keep the office running smoothly. It is an initial 6 month contract with potential to extend or go permanent, and it would suit a recent graduate or someone with a year or two of office experience who wants real variety and a look at how a search business works from the inside.

Please note this is a four day week. You would work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, with every Wednesday off.
What you will be doing
- Day to day office admin, inbox management, and diary support for the MD and the team
- Arranging candidate and client interviews and keeping records accurate
- Keeping invoices and receipts in order and pulling the paperwork together for our accountants each VAT quarter. This together with our ad hoc accountant related queries
- Helping with our LinkedIn page, documents, and presentations - so, some marketing exposure
- Various special projects, linked to improving our business systems and processes

What we are looking for
- Highly organised, with a good eye for detail and comfortable with numbers
- A clear, friendly communicator, confident with senior people by email and phone
- Must be confident with Microsoft 365. CRM/data exposure is helpful but not essential
- A can-do attitude, discretion, and a willingness to learn
