The Junior Office Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in London, supporting the smooth running of daily office operations. Responsibilities include:

  • Handling incoming calls and emails
  • Welcoming visitors
  • Directing inquiries to the appropriate teams

The Junior Office Assistant helps coordinate staff schedules, supports booking and tracking of jobs, and assists with internal communication to ensure accurate information flow. This team member works closely with colleagues across departments, providing general support and contributing to a well-organized, professional office environment.

Qualifications

  • Ability to perform core administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, document preparation, and basic record-keeping.
  • Strong communication skills for handling phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a clear, polite, and professional manner.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and support multiple team members.
  • Comfort using office software and systems (e.g., email, calendars, spreadsheets, and web-based tools); willingness to learn new platforms.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy when managing information, documents, and customer or job-related data.
  • Collaborative approach, reliability, and a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues and providing customer-focused service.
  • Right to work in the UK and ability to commute to the London office on a full-time, on-site basis.
