About us
Leela Partners is a trading name of Leela Regulatory Solutions (LRS), an FCA-authorised principal firm providing regulatory hosting, compliance oversight services, and strategic regulatory support to appointed representatives (ARs), investment managers, and corporate finance businesses operating across financial services.
We work closely with emerging venture capital and private equity managers, corporate financiers, and entrepreneurial firms - supporting them from initial regulatory structuring and permissions through to ongoing operational and compliance oversight.
As a growing business operating within a fast-moving part of the private markets’ ecosystem, we combine deep regulatory expertise with a highly practical and commercial approach. We move quickly, think entrepreneurially, and give every team member genuine ownership and exposure from day one.
This is a rare opportunity to join a small, ambitious team at an exciting stage of growth, where your contributions will have visible impact and where you will gain exposure to the full breadth of a regulated principal firm operating at the intersection of private markets, venture capital, and financial services.
The opportunity
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented junior onboarding analyst to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting our appointed representatives.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate, school leaver, or someone in the early stages of their financial services career who is looking to gain exposure to AML, KYC, KYB, and end-to-end client onboarding within a fast-growing FCA-authorised business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
