Junior Onsite Experience Manager CONTRACT

Chertsey, Surrey
£267 per day (12 month contract)

We’re supporting a leading global technology brand in hiring a Junior Onsite Experience Manager to join its fast-growing Direct-to-Consumer eCommerce team.

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the customer experience across a major consumer website and app, supporting the Mobile category portfolio across smartphones, tablets, wearables, laptops, and accessories.

The role:

  • Partner with marketing and commercial teams on product launches, campaigns, and trading priorities
  • Brief and coordinate website/app merchandising updates with agency and delivery teams
  • Support optimisation of the customer journey to improve conversion, AOV, attach rate, and sales
  • Analyse website performance data and turn insights into actionable improvements
  • Use CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager to make selected merchandising updates
  • Conduct QA testing and resolve website issues and bugs
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies

We're looking for:

  • 2+ years' experience in a digital/eCommerce environment
  • Experience briefing website updates and working with publishers, designers, and developers
  • Some exposure to digital project management, merchandising, or digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, ideally using Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach and confidence working across multiple teams
  • CMS experience such as Adobe Experience Manager is desirable but not essential
