Not every junior finance role puts you this close to the action. A-Levels or a degree — either gets you through the door. We're hiring a Junior Operations & Programme Analyst to join our team at Met Traders — a systematic trading firm operating across 10+ global exchanges since 2002.
You'll sit right alongside our Trade Desks, Finance, and Senior Management, getting hands-on exposure most junior roles simply don't offer.
What you'll do:
- Support post-trade reconciliation and daily P&L reporting
- Maintain critical systems and support senior management with reporting
- Manage static data — instruments, exchange calendars, and reference data
