Junior Operations & Ecommerce Coordinator
Location: W10 6BL, London (fully office-based)
Type: Permanent, full-time - 5 days per week on-site
Reports to: Operations Manager (line manager), working closely with the Ecommerce Manager
Salary: £30,000-£34,000 per annum, dependent on experience
About the Role
As Junior Operations & Ecommerce Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in how By Pariah operates day to day, helping ensure our jewellery moves seamlessly from production through to our clients, stockists and brand partners around the world - and that our online store runs beautifully behind the scenes.
This is a broad, cross-functional role. You’ll report to our Operations Manager as your day-to-day line manager, while working closely with our Ecommerce Manager, who oversees your ecommerce responsibilities. Together they’ll support you across the full operational lifecycle of the business as well as the day-to-day running of our online store. From production coordination and inventory management to wholesale, ecommerce merchandising, customer experience, press samples and new collection launches, you’ll gain exposure across every stage of a growing luxury brand.
Unlike many early-career roles, this position offers breadth across two closely connected disciplines - operations and ecommerce. You’ll develop a broad understanding of how a fine jewellery business operates behind the scenes, while taking on meaningful responsibility and contributing to the systems and processes that support our continued growth.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a career in luxury operations or ecommerce. Whether you are recently graduated or have gained some experience in retail, ecommerce, hospitality, fashion or another detail-oriented environment, you’ll be supported to develop your skills while making a genuine contribution from day one. As By Pariah continues to grow internationally, this role will grow alongside it, offering opportunities to take on increasing responsibility over time.
Key Responsibilities
Jewellery Operations & Inventory
- Support the day-to-day running of our in-house jewellery operations, ensuring our operational space remains organised, efficient and secure.
- Maintain accurate inventory across DTC, wholesale, press and sample collections.
- Carry out regular stock counts, investigate discrepancies and help maintain the accuracy of our inventory systems.
- Support the movement and organisation of jewellery across production, wholesale, ecommerce and brand activity.
- Ensure every piece is handled with the care, precision and attention to detail that reflects By Pariah’s standards.
Production & Product Coordination
- Coordinate the intake of jewellery from production partners, workshops and the assay office.
- Carry out quality checks and ensure products are accurately recorded before entering sellable inventory.
- Maintain accurate product information, specifications and operational records.
- Support the preparation of new collection launches, including product data, inventory and samples.
- Maintain product archives and ensure key information is accessible across the business.
Ecommerce & Online Store
- Support the Ecommerce Manager with the day-to-day running of our online store, helping keep it accurate, well-merchandised and up to date.
- Upload and maintain products on the website - descriptions, specifications, imagery, pricing, tags and collections - ensuring every listing meets our brand standards.
- Help prepare and schedule the online go-live of new collections, restocks, waitlists and back-in-stock updates.
- Set up and check promotions, discount codes and seasonal or sale events on-site.
- Monitor product availability online and flag stock-outs, pricing errors or listing issues before customers do.
- Prepare simple ecommerce reporting - orders, best and worst sellers, returns trends - to support the wider team’s decisions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
