About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Junior Operations Management Trainee at entry level to support business operations, fill bottlenecks and improve KPIs. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-lasting career in business acumen, customer engagement and management.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to KPIs and driving the averages
- Be part of a structured training programme focused on communication, leadership and business development
- Take lead hosting public speaking on how to improve KPIs in different areas
- Take part in networking events and conferences
- Represent our top brands in a professional manner in our face-to-face interactions
- Assist with the coordination of daily operations and campaign tasks
