About the Role
As a Junior Operations Manager, you'll gain practical experience across multiple areas of the business while working alongside experienced leaders.
You'll develop an understanding of customer engagement, campaign coordination, team performance, and day-to-day business operations through structured learning and real-world experience.
This position is designed as the first step towards future leadership opportunities within Bunset & Co.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support the delivery of customer acquisition campaigns
- Build professional relationships with customers through face-to-face engagement
- Assist with the coordination of daily operational activities
- Learn how to monitor performance and contribute to business objectives
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support campaign success
- Participate in ongoing coaching, leadership development, and skills training
- Develop a strong understanding of business operations and management principles
