Bespoke Global is looking for ambitious and motivated individuals to join our Newcastle team as Junior Operations Managers.
This is an entry-level opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in business operations, customer acquisition, team coordination, and leadership.
You don’t need previous management experience. We provide structured training, coaching, and practical experience to help you develop professionally and progress within the business.

Bespoke Global specializes in face-to-face customer acquisition and marketing campaigns, working across residential, business-to-business, and event environments.
Our focus is on creating positive customer experiences while developing people through practical training, coaching, and hands-on business experience.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for individuals who are motivated to develop their communication, commercial, and leadership skills.
About the Role
As a Junior Operations Manager, you’ll initially gain experience across customer engagement, campaign support, and day-to-day business operations.
You’ll work alongside experienced team members and leaders while developing the skills required to take on greater responsibility over time.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of customer acquisition campaigns
- Engage professionally with customers through face-to-face interactions
- Assist with day-to-day campaign and operational activities
- Monitor and contribute to campaign performance
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team objectives
- Take part in regular coaching and professional development
- Develop your understanding of business operations and leadership
- Progress towards increased responsibility as your skills and experience develop
