Coffydoor | Remote (UK preferred) | Fractional or Full-time
Coffydoor is one of Sweden's highest-rated coffee brands, built around a simple philosophy: 100% Better Mornings, 0% Nonsense. By combining the Italians craftsmanship that has been passed through generations with the latest research and science on coffee and its health benefits we are set out on a mission to deliver better mornings all across Europe.
Over the past year we've built a strong subscription business in Sweden and recently expanded into the UK, where we're now growing rapidly. As we scale, we're looking for someone who wants to build the operational foundation that allows the business to grow without adding unnecessary complexity.
This isn't a traditional Operations Manager role. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys solving operational problems, building systems, and creating structure. Someone who naturally questions manual processes, enjoys improving workflows, and believes great operations should be almost invisible because everything simply works.
You'll work closely with the founder, our Customer Experience Lead, developers, warehouse partners and external finance and growth team to ensure our operations continue to scale alongside the business.
What you'll be responsible for
Your role is to build operational infrastructure that allows Coffydoor to scale efficiently.
That means staying ahead of inventory rather than reacting to stockouts, ensuring suppliers and warehouses stay aligned, improving visibility across the business, and continuously identifying opportunities where systems, automation and AI can replace manual work.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
