Help us keep every part of the business running smoothly β and find ways to make it run even better.
Hey there β we're Kinship π
We're building the content management and project tracking platform for Revit that AEC firms actually want to use β because we've lived the pain ourselves. Our tools help architects, engineers, and BIM managers standardize libraries, track usage, and eliminate chaos.
We're looking for a Junior Operations Specialist to join our team in London. Behind every good product is a business that has to run well too β and you'll be the person helping make that happen across finance, HR, security & compliance, sales and marketing. Reporting directly to our CEO, you'll get an inside view of how a tech company actually works.
This isn't an office manager or administrative assistant role. Yes, there's hands-on admin, but you'll also help maintain and improve the systems behind each of these areas, and research new projects and initiatives as we grow.
This is a graduate role, designed for someone fresh out of university (or close to it). You don't need years of experience β you need curiosity, care, and the drive to learn fast. In return, you'll pick up skills across every part of a tech business and grow into a more focused and responsible role over time.

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
