Market Jar helps established businesses bring in more of the right customers without relying so heavily on paid advertising.

We are hiring a Junior Organic Growth Executive to help turn client strategy into completed work.

You will work closely with Mark, who leads strategy, client direction and your development. Your role is to take clear briefs, complete the work properly and help keep client delivery moving.

This is a hands-on role. You will spend much of your time improving client websites, uploading content, carrying out research, checking tracking and reporting, and making sure the work is completed to a high standard.

You will not be expected to know everything from day one.

You will be expected to listen, learn quickly, ask sensible questions and take pride in doing things properly.

The role

Your role is to support the day-to-day delivery across a group of Market Jar clients.

Mark will set the direction. You will help put that direction into action.

That could mean improving a service page, uploading new content, checking whether conversion tracking works, researching competitors, finding an issue on a website or following up on something that is holding a project back.

This work matters because it helps clients become easier to find, clearer to understand and better placed to win the right customers.

Over time, you will learn how this work connects to commercial outcomes: more qualified enquiries, stronger inbound demand and more profitable customer growth.

What you will do

  • Take clear briefs and turn them into completed work across client websites and systems.
  • Build, upload and improve website pages, articles, service content and supporting assets.
  • Help draft, edit and check website copy so it is clear, accurate and useful to the customer reading it.
  • Carry out research into customers, competitors, search demand and commercial opportunities.
  • Help implement and check analytics, conversion tracking and reporting.
  • Use data to check that work has been completed correctly.
  • Identify issues on client websites and raise them clearly with Mark or the wider team.
  • Check work for accuracy, broken links, missing information, poor formatting and other details that affect quality.
  • Keep website content, documents, tasks and digital assets organised.
  • Keep work moving by following up on actions, dependencies and outstanding requests.
  • Communicate clearly about what is complete, what is waiting and what is needed next.
  • Help prepare internal notes, client updates and reporting.
  • Attend client lunches or meetings where needed. Reasonable client-travel expenses will be covered.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
