About the Role
A well-established private family office based in Soho is seeking a Junior Admin Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day running of the office. This is an excellent opportunity for a discreet, detail-oriented individual to work closely with senior staff and principals in a professional, confidential setting.

- Providing administrative support to the office and senior team members
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handling correspondence, calls, and enquiries with discretion
- Organising and maintaining confidential files and records
- Assisting with basic expense tracking, invoices, and supplier liaison
- Supporting ad hoc projects and occasional personal errands for principals
- Ensuring the office runs efficiently and professionally at all times

- Excellent organisational skills and close attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Absolute discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- A flexible, proactive attitude and willingness to take on varied tasks
- Previous experience in a family office, private household, or corporate PA/admin role is a plus, but not essential
