About Vervaunt

Vervaunt, now part of IDHL, is a London-based eCommerce and paid media consultancy agency, focused on driving growth for aspirational retail brands. Our team has worked with some amazing brands, including Dr. Martens, MUJI, COS, Stussy, Self-Portrait, Bremont, Mattel, The Frankie Shop, Toteme, Timex and more.

Your role as Junior Paid Media Consultant

As a Junior Paid Media Consultant, you'll be the lynchpin of account management. You'll help plan and run high-impact paid media campaigns for our clients, working side by side with senior consultants who'll invest in your growth.

What you'll do

Work with clients

  • Get to know each client's business goals and how your campaigns support them
  • Join weekly client calls, share performance updates and agree next steps
  • Keep clients in the loop across Slack, email and Asana, quickly and professionally

Run and improve campaigns

  • Activate roadmap tasks and campaign optimisations with your senior team
  • Complete daily budget and visibility checks, flagging issues and opportunities
  • QA campaigns across your accounts and the wider pod to keep standards high
  • Bring ideas to campaign planning, with the reasoning behind them
  • Set up test-and-learn experiments in each ad platform

Find the story in the data

  • Analyse client and campaign trends and write weekly reporting commentary
  • Track the impact of optimisations and work out what's driving results
  • Support deeper analysis for end-of-campaign, seasonal and MBR/QBR reporting

Think commercially

  • Recommend budgets for new campaigns to hit client KPIs
  • Spot growth opportunities across your accounts and suggest next steps
  • Log your time accurately so we can manage capacity and profitability

About you

You don't need to know everything yet.

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Client centric – you communicate clearly and care about delivering for the people you work with
  • Team centred – you're collaborative and happy to pitch in during busy periods
  • Driven by curiosity – you look beyond the numbers to understand the why
  • Commercially savvy – you understand that good work also has to make business sense
  • Personally invested – you want to learn, and you'll own your development

It would be great if you have:

  • At least a year of experience in paid media, agency or in-house
  • A working knowledge of platform campaign types, bidding strategies and key metrics
  • Strong attention to detail and a comfort with data
  • Familiarity with tools like Asana, Notion and Slack (or a willingness to learn fast)
