Location: Remote (UK & Ireland preferred)
Hours: 8–10 hours per week initially (with the opportunity to increase)

About Daisy Digital
Daisy Digital is a specialist performance marketing consultancy led by Carolyn Henderson, an experienced paid media specialist with over 17 years' experience helping businesses grow through Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
We work with businesses of all sizes, from local companies to international organisations, across both eCommerce and lead generation.
We're looking for a motivated Junior Paid Media Executive who wants to develop their skills while working alongside an experienced digital marketing specialist.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their paid media career who is looking for real agency experience across multiple advertising platforms.

You'll gain hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager
- Landing page optimisation
Responsibilities
Your day-to-day work may include:
- Assisting with Google Ads campaign builds
- Keyword research
- Writing ad copy
- Uploading assets and campaign settings
- Monitoring campaign performance
- Producing client reports
- Reviewing search terms and adding negative keywords
- Audience research
- Competitor research
- Supporting Meta and LinkedIn advertising campaigns
- Helping identify optimisation opportunities
- Completing platform certifications and ongoing learning
What We're Looking For
Ideally you'll have:
- 1-2 years experience in Google Ads
- GA4 knowledge and experience creating performance reports
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written English
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work independently and manage your own time

Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience running paid social including Meta and Linkedin ads
- Experience using Canva
- Experience with WordPress, Shopify or WooCommerce
