Junior Paraplanner
Bath | Hybrid
£35,000–£40,000 + Excellent Benefits
An established and growing Chartered Financial Planning firm is looking to recruit a Junior Paraplanner to join its expanding team in Bath.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has started their Paraplanning career and is looking to take the next step, with genuine development and progression available within the business.
The Opportunity
- You'll work alongside experienced Paraplanners and Financial Planners, supporting the preparation of client reports, research and technical work while continuing to develop your Paraplanning knowledge and skills.
- This would suit someone who may not yet be at fully-fledged Paraplanner level but has the right experience, attitude and potential to progress.
- There is also a genuine pathway into a Financial Adviser role longer term, with previous Paraplanners progressing internally.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within Financial Planning, Paraplanning.
- Some financial planning exams completed, or actively working towards Level 4 Diploma.
- Full Diploma Level 4 is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- A positive, team-focused approach and genuine interest in developing within Financial Planning.
