The platform is trained on each brand’s unique visual identity and guidelines, ensuring outputs look and feel like original, on-brand photo shoots. Lumesa’s capabilities include AI fashion models, brand-trained visuals, virtual try-on experiences, localized and product-only imagery, and content multiplication across channels. Visual analytics help partners understand which creative attributes improve performance and continuously refine outputs. Founded in 2024 and headquartered in New York, Lumesa already powers major global fashion and retail brands with proven gains in production volume and conversion.
Role Description
The Junior Partner Success Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in London.
This role supports Lumesa’s brand partners in adopting and maximizing the platform, ensuring smooth onboarding, ongoing engagement, and measurable value from AI-driven visual solutions.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing partner communications, coordinating account activities, tracking performance metrics, and assisting with strategic initiatives to grow usage and satisfaction.
The Junior Partner Success Manager will collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to address partner needs, resolve issues, and surface insights that drive better outcomes. This role also contributes to documentation, playbooks, and feedback loops that improve the partner experience at scale.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret performance data, identify trends, and inform partner recommendations.
- Experience in Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships to support relationship growth and partner engagement.
- Background in Account Management to handle day-to-day partner requests, workflows, and deliverables.
- Excellent Communication skills for clear, professional interaction with partners and internal teams.
- Relevant experience in customer success, partner success, or client-facing roles within SaaS, ecommerce, or marketing technology.
- Basic familiarity with AI, digital marketing, or ecommerce workflows is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and take ownership of outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.

What You Can Expect

Compensation: £25,000 FTE equivalent (3-month paid internship initially)
