Junior Partnerships Associate
As a Junior Partnerships Associate at CONDUCTR, you will support the Head of Partnerships in driving the growth of our Game Volt competitive socialising products. You will play a key role in building and maintaining client relationships, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring the smooth delivery of proposals, demos, and events. This is a hands-on role for someone commercially driven, highly organised, and eager to develop their career in partnerships and sales within a fast-growing creative business.

Key Responsibilities
- Become a product expert, learn and understand the technical functions of all products in the Game Volt catalogue as well as understand the development cycle of new products.
- Assist with product demos and sales visits.
- Support with event and exhibition planning.
- CRM system data input and maintenance.
- Follow up on initial client enquiries.
- Identify potential suitable clients and partners.
- Support with outbound lead generation and cold calling to identify and engage new business opportunities.
- Assist in producing sales forecasts and reports.
- Accompany Partnerships Manager to off-site client visits.
- Conduct initial research into potential clients, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Support the preparation of tailored sales decks, proposals, and pitch documents.
- Coordinate follow-ups with prospective clients to maintain momentum.
- Act as first point of contact for inbound enquiries when required.
- Maintain accurate records of all partner communications in the CRM.
- Assist in tracking deal stages and updating the sales pipeline.
- Help prepare monthly sales performance reports for management review.
- Analyse CRM data to identify patterns, opportunities, and at-risk accounts.
- Contribute to quarterly sales forecasting exercises.
- Support the Partnerships Manager in preparing for trade shows, product launches, and exhibitions.
- Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and demos at events.
- Capture leads and ensure prompt CRM entry and follow-up.
- Work closely with the design and product teams to ensure up-to-date product knowledge.
- Support cross-functional initiatives that enhance partner and client experience.
- Provide feedback from client interactions to inform product development.
- Support broader CONDUCTR and Originals sales activities as required, providing assistance across other commercial projects when needed.

You should have
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Commercially aware, with strong interest in partnerships, sales, and experiential products.
- Organised, with good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident using CRM tools (experience with Pipedrive a bonus).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is essential
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and comfortable working independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to travel in the UK and overseas for client visits, trade shows, and industry events.

- A passion for/experience in Themed Entertainment, Cruise/Hospitality and Immersive Experiences.
- Any retail or call centre experience
- A Marketing, Business, Technical or similar degree
- Ability to speak any other languages
