Job Title: Junior Performance Analyst
An innovative organisation in the professional services and consulting space is looking for a Junior Performance Analyst. This role focuses on supporting a project team by measuring, tracking, and assessing performance outcomes to ensure data-driven decision-making.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building and maintaining a performance measurement framework to track project outcomes.
- Ensuring data accuracy and quality across all reporting and analysis activities.
- Producing clear analysis and reports to help the team understand progress and identify risks.
- Collaborating with project colleagues and stakeholders to define success metrics.
- Adapting analysis techniques to new contexts and escalating for guidance when required.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in performance analysis and outcome measurement.
- Strong ability to define reporting requirements and create measurement frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and information-sharing skills.
- Knowledge of the procurement, implementation, and validation of analytical tools.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the UK and have 5 years of continuous UK residency.
