Junior Performance Marketer - Mainstream
David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a fast-growing consumer AI company that is seeking to onboard a Junior Performance Marketer to join its Growth team.
The role focuses on hands-on paid acquisition across mainstream consumer channels, with responsibility for launching, testing and optimising campaigns. The successful candidate develops towards independently managing larger budgets while working closely with the CMO & Co-founder.

Location: Remote (Europe/Asia)
Employment type: B2B engagement preferred
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Launch and manage paid acquisition campaigns across consumer advertising platforms
- Optimise campaigns based on CAC, ROAS, conversion and commercial performance
- Test audiences, creatives and campaign strategies to improve performance
- Monitor campaign results and identify opportunities for optimisation
- Analyse performance data and translate findings into concrete actions
- Take ownership of individual campaigns and clearly communicate personal contributions and results
- Work towards independently managing larger acquisition budgets

REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Hands-on experience in paid acquisition or media buying
- Proven experience personally launching and optimising campaigns
- Experience with at least one scalable consumer acquisition platform such as Meta, TikTok, Google, Instagram or Reddit
- Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, conversion and commercial performance
- Ability to clearly explain personal campaign contributions, actions and results
- Strong testing mindset across audiences, creatives and campaigns
- Strong English
- Comfortable working for an NSFW AI companionship product
- Willingness to work on a B2B contractor basis
