Junior Physicist – Medical Ultrasound QA Services

Multi-Medix is looking for a talented and driven Junior Physicist to help deliver Medical Ultrasound QA services to NHS and Private Hospitals. The successful applicant will be trained by the Multi-Medix Physics team in Medical Ultrasound Physics and Quality Assurance.

About Us

Multi-Medix is a fast-growing company that is revolutionising Medical Ultrasound testing by developing Ultrasound Phantoms and AI-enabled software to diagnose equipment faults and maintain patient safety. Multi-Medix is the number 1 independent Ultrasound QA provider in the UK and we work closely with the NHS and the National Physical Laboratory to deliver innovative products. We're looking for a curious, hands-on Physicist to join our team and grow with us as we scale.

About the Role

We're hiring an entry-level Physicist to join the Physics team, helping to deliver a UK-wide Ultrasound QA service. You would work closely with the Operations Lead to help manage the service including investigating equipment faults, analysing results and perform the testing directly. You would perform on-site quality assurance and physics testing at client facilities, working with medical imaging equipment and our phantom products. You'll be based at our office, with regular travel to client sites.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
