π Junior Physiotherapist β Full-Time | Northampton | RED Physiotherapy π
Company Description
RED Physiotherapy is a patient-centered clinic that focuses on helping individuals move toward independence rather than ongoing reliance on treatment. The team supports people with pain, injury, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions by identifying and addressing root causes, not just symptoms. Founded by Diana and Daniel, the clinic is built around prioritizing outcomes, listening carefully, and developing realistic, easy-to-follow treatment plans. Education is central to the approach, enabling patients to understand their bodies and feel confident managing their health beyond the clinic. The team is selected for both clinical expertise and strong values, measuring success by how confidently patients leave, not how long they stay.
Role Description
The Junior Physiotherapist will provide hands-on assessment and treatment for patients with musculoskeletal pain, injuries, and long-term conditions, in line with RED Physiotherapy's outcome-focused philosophy. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Conducting detailed clinical assessments
- Developing evidence-based treatment plans
- Delivering manual therapy and exercise-based interventions
- Guiding patients through rehabilitation programs
- Educating patients about their condition
- Promoting self-management strategies
- Documenting clinical notes accurately and promptly

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
