Our Academy has been designed to help motivated individuals develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to begin a career in project delivery, service delivery, resource management, and business operations. Whether you're a bootcamp graduate, career changer, returner to work, recent graduate, or someone looking for a structured route into a professional career, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
Fully Funded Training
Successful applicants will take part in a 4-week Academy programme, delivered by experienced professionals who work in project, service, and operational delivery environments.
There are no training fees and no repayment clauses. The training is fully funded by us because we're committed to investing in future talent.
Throughout the Academy, you'll develop practical knowledge and hands-on experience across areas including:
- PMO and project support fundamentals
- Service Delivery Management principles
- Engagement and stakeholder management
- Resource and workforce planning
- Project governance and reporting
- RAID management and project controls
- Financial awareness and project forecasting
- Microsoft Excel, Power Platform and reporting tools
- Professional communication and client engagement
- Working effectively within large-scale delivery teams
You'll gain exposure to the tools, terminology, processes, and behaviours commonly used within modern project and service delivery environments.
What Happens After the Academy?
Upon successfully completing the Academy, you'll become part of our consultant talent pool and be considered for opportunities with our clients across a range of disciplines, including:
- PMO Analyst
- Project Support Officer
- Programme Support
- Service Delivery Analyst
- Service Delivery Coordinator

- Resource Management Analyst

We're looking for individuals who demonstrate the potential to build a successful career in PMO, Service Delivery, Engagement Management, or Resource Management.
You must be located in Newcastle (within 1 hour commute) or willing to relocate. We will provide a relocation budget.
You must also be SC Eligible
To be successful in this Academy, you'll need:
- A genuine interest in project delivery, service delivery, business operations, workforce planning, or technology-enabled change
- Some exposure to technology, digital, data, or business systems through education, self-directed learning, bootcamps, apprenticeships, work experience, or previous roles
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to analyse information, follow processes, and solve problems logically
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills and technologies
- The confidence to ask questions, take feedback, and continuously improve
- Professionalism and the ability to work effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- The ability to obtain Security Clearance (SC)

Your Career Progression
When successfully placed with a client, you'll receive:
- Starting salary of £26,700
- Salary reviews at 6 and 12 months, based on performance and progression
