Job Title: Junior PMO Analyst
Duration: long-term contract
Location: Sheffield-based hybrid (3 days to office)
No PSW Visa
We are looking for a Junior PMO Analyst to support project and portfolio governance, reporting, and coordination activities within a fast-paced banking environment. The role is ideal for someone with experience in PMO, project support, project coordination, or business support who is looking to develop their career in project and portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project and portfolio reporting, dashboards, and Management Information (MI).
- Gather, validate, and consolidate project data from multiple teams.
- Maintain project documentation, governance records, RAID logs, and action trackers.
- Support governance meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
- Analyse project data to identify trends, risks, issues, and delivery performance.
- Prepare presentations and updates for project teams and senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to PMO process improvements and ensure reporting is accurate and delivered on time.

Key Skills & Experience

- Experience in PMO, Project Support, Project Coordination, or Business Support.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Good Excel and PowerPoint skills with experience producing reports or dashboards.
- Ability to analyse data and present information clearly.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in financial services or regulated environments is desirable.
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, Power BI, project governance, and RAID management is advantageous.
