About CoinPoker
Welcome to CoinPoker, the innovative crypto-poker platform where advanced blockchain technology meets the thrilling world of online poker. At CoinPoker, we are revolutionizing the poker experience by offering fast, secure, and transparent gameplay. With recent substantial investment, we are poised to take over the online crypto-poker space and are expanding our team to support our growth.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Junior Poker Operations Specialist to join the Poker Room Management team and support the day-to-day operation of CoinPoker.
You will work across tournaments, cash games, promotions, CRM, QA, and back-office systems, learning how an online poker room operates while gradually taking ownership of recurring operational responsibilities.
This is a hands-on role where accuracy and timing matter. You will help configure and deploy poker content, support promotional activity, test changes before and after release, and respond to changing operational priorities.
You do not need previous experience working for a poker operator. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of poker, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly.
The aim is to develop you into a well-rounded Poker Operations Specialist capable of working independently across multiple areas of the poker room.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
